Processing Time
Our cards are handcrafted and produced in small batches. Typically, orders will be processed within 2-3  days of the order date, excluding weekends & holidays. If there is a delay, you will receive an email within 24 hours of your purchase with estimated turn-around time.

Shipping
All orders are shipped from our studio in Minneapolis, Minnesota via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery time is 2-3 days. If your order requires immediate delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Sales Tax
Shipments to addresses within the state of Minnesota are charged applicable sales tax.
Shipments to addresses outside of Minnesota are not charged sales tax.

Gift Giving
If your purchase is a gift, please note that with the order and the receipt will not be included with the package. We can also enclose a hand-written note if requested! Please include your special message with your order. We do not offer gift wrap at this time.

Returns
If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the item to us in its original packaging & condition within 7 days of receipt and we'll be happy to make an exchange or issue a refund. All opened or used items cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Once we receive the item, we will promptly issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase. Contact us for further information if a return is required.

Green Factor
The fine papers that we've selected are made of 40-50% post-consumer recycled acid-free stocks. All products are proudly made in the USA.

Your Privacy
We respect your privacy and do not distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstances. The information we collect is used solely to process your order. Information collected for our mailing list is used solely by Apiary Design and will not be shared in any way with outside parties. This information may be used for announcing news and product specials only. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please contact us.

For wholesale inquiries, please contact us with your shop name, mailing address and phone number.

Press Inquiries
If you are a member of the media, please contact us to obtain a press kit and/or product samples.

Custom Design Inquiries
